The Kiwanis Foundation of Huntington Beach is a California registered charitable corporation.  Officers of the Kiwanis Club of Huntington Beach serve simultaneously as the officers and directors of the Foundation. As a 501(c) [3] entity, the Foundation provides a tax-exempt vehicle for funding the many good works of the Kiwanis Foundation.  People making donations to the Foundation are eligible for tax deductions on their State and Federal (subject, of course, to the guidance of their tax professional.)
